Wet hair. Decant a small amount of shampoo into wet hands and emulsify to create a creamy lather. Spread this lather across your entire scalp, focusing on your roots, temples, middle path and crown area. Rinse and repeat.

To stop excessive shedding we recommend you shampoo and condition your hair daily for 7 - 10 days. Thereafter, every 2nd day and directly after any physical activity where sweat is accumulated in the hair.
